I had such an amazing time with United Transmission in Westfield, MA! I had a bad U-joint in the rear and it shook my pinion gasket loose in the rear differential. So I was loosing rear differential fluids down the road. I was blessed to have landed in this town with these super kind people; Mindy answered my call after a mechanic shop in the same area told me I was toast. This shop had me almost done in a day just Dodge parts are difficult to match up sometimes! They worked diligently and persistent to get me fixed up and on the road back to traveling! As a walk-in customer I was very happy with the mechanics and all the staff; smart, quick and time efficient! Happy to hear a little background from Michelle and her Dad that started it all! I value this company and they checked marked all my boxes, very family like and I will highly recommend! Also the prices are super fair! I was expecting a lot more than I ended up paying! Thank you Everyone at United Transmission!

Mindy & Michelle at the front desk were very friendly and informative and would call me with updates in a timely manner. Chris, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and offered me alternative solutions to my oil leak issue, which in the end saved me $1800, thank you very much! Truly appreciate all your help!

I highly recommend GG's United. We were told by the local Subaru dealer that our transmission was failing (metallic grinding noises) and took the vehicle to GG's for a 2nd opinion. The mechanics at GG's quickly determined the issue was with the brakes and not the transmission and resolved the issue and all is well with our Legacy. Subaru had estimated 9K to replace the transmission! I will definitely return to GG's for future auto repair work.
